Our Services

Types of Counseling Practiced

  • A holistic approach to healing that recognizes we are not only mental, emotional, and physical beings, but also spiritual. True freedom often requires addressing the spiritual roots of our struggles, which involves examining what kingdom we are serving in our minds, hearts, and actions. When we recognize we are not aligned with God’s kingdom, the path to healing begins with repentance—a change of mind and direction toward God. This approach integrates evidence-based therapeutic techniques with biblical truth to address emotional, relational, and spiritual issues. The goal is to foster healing, growth, and alignment with God’s purpose for an individual’s life.

  • A structured, evidence-based form of therapy that helps people identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. It focuses on how thoughts, emotions, and actions are connected, and teaches practical skills to manage stress, improve mood, and solve problems more effectively.

  • An evidence-based approach that views individuals within the context of their relationships and family dynamics. Rather than focusing on one person as the problem, it explores patterns of interaction, roles, and communication that influence the entire system. This approach helps families and couples identify unhealthy cycles, strengthen boundaries, improve communication, and create healthier, more supportive relationships.

  • A structured, evidence-based approach that helps people understand and reshape the emotional patterns that drive their relationships and inner experiences. It focuses on how emotions, attachment needs, and interactions are connected, and helps individuals and couples create safer, more secure bonds. EFT strengthens emotional awareness, improves communication, and fosters deeper connection and lasting change.

  • A structured, evidence-based therapy primarily used to treat anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). It involves gradually facing feared thoughts, situations, or triggers (exposure) while resisting the urge to engage in compulsive behaviors or avoidance (response prevention). Over time, ERP helps reduce anxiety, weaken the cycle of fear and compulsions, and build confidence in managing distress without relying on unhelpful coping patterns.

  • A research-based approach to couples therapy developed from decades of relationship studies. It focuses on strengthening friendship, improving communication, and helping partners manage conflict in healthy, respectful ways. Using practical tools and structured interventions, the Gottman Method helps couples reduce negative interaction patterns, increase emotional connection, and build trust, commitment, and shared meaning in their relationship.

  • A Christian-based inner healing approach that centers on a relational connection with Jesus’ presence. It uses memory work to identify and process past emotional wounds or trauma, integrating evidence-based practices from brain science and memory reconciliation within a strong spiritual and faith-based framework.

  • Christian inner healing prayer is designed to help individuals connect more deeply with God by identifying and healing wounds, lies, and spiritual strongholds. Through guided prayer and listening to the Holy Spirit, individuals address areas of emotional pain, break unhealthy patterns, and experience greater freedom and intimacy with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The prayer process is gentle, Spirit-led, and focuses on restoring wholeness in mind, body, and spirit.

  • A practical, goal-oriented approach to counseling that focuses on solutions rather than problems. Sessions center on your strengths, what’s already working, and the changes you want to see in your life. By looking toward the future and building on small successes, this approach helps create meaningful progress—often in a shorter amount of time.

  • A collaborative, evidence-informed approach that focuses on identifying and building upon a person’s existing strengths, resources, and resilience. Rather than centering primarily on problems or deficits, it highlights abilities, values, past successes, and supportive relationships. This approach empowers individuals to develop confidence, set meaningful goals, and create lasting change by using the strengths they already possess.

  • An evidence-based approach designed to help individuals process and heal from the impact of traumatic experiences. It focuses on understanding how trauma affects the brain, emotions, and relationships, while providing safe, structured ways to process painful memories. This approach helps reduce symptoms such as anxiety, shame, and hypervigilance, and supports clients in building resilience, restoring a sense of safety, and moving forward with greater stability and confidence.
