Join Our Team

Living Water Counseling is seeking part-time or full-time therapists who are passionate about deeply integrating Christian faith with clinical excellence. Our practice is rooted in evidence-based therapy while intentionally incorporating Biblical truth and Christian principles into the counseling process.

We are especially looking for clinicians who desire to actively and confidently provide Christian counseling—not as an add-on, but as a central framework of their therapeutic approach.

Located in Holly Springs, NC, we serve individuals, couples, and families and offer a supportive, grace-filled team environment where faith and professional skill intersect. Supervision is available for associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure.

Available Positions

    • Ongoing supervision and mentorship from an experienced LMFT with over 20 years of counseling and ministry experience

    Qualifications

    • Master’s or Doctorate in a counseling-related field

    • Full or provisional North Carolina license (LMFT/LMFTA, LCMHC/LCMHCA, LCSW/LCSWA)

    • Training in evidence-based practices

    • A clear commitment to providing clinically sound, Christ-centered counseling
