Hannah is a warm, empathetic, and compassionate counselor who is passionate about helping others move toward a life marked by joy, peace, and fulfillment. She is committed to creating a space where clients from all backgrounds feel safe and supported. Her passion to serve others has been shaped in her local church community, where she worked to advocate for foster care and adoptive families, refugees, and other marginalized populations.
She believes in a holistic approach to counseling that addresses emotional, relational, biological, and spiritual well-being. Hannah integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and the Gottman Method, and she is happy to integrate biblical counseling upon request. She works with children, adolescents, women, and couples. Her clinical interests include: depression, anxiety, premarital and marital counseling, life transitions, personal growth, emotional dysregulation, and foster care and adoption. Hannah is a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, equipped with the skills to walk alongside couples in building a strong foundation for a healthy marriage.
In her free time, Hannah loves spending time with her husband, flower gardening, bouquet making, and being with friends at aesthetically pleasing coffee shops.
